Magic maths

 Hi Bloggers

This is my magic maths activity. I wonder how the answer may be always 5, 3 or 10?

Here are the screenshots of the slides:

Now, I wonder what happens with that always 3 trick if I didn't pick a number from 1-10. I guess I shall try and lets see what happens.
WHAAAAAAAT? Then why did they say between 1-10? Maybe it's because multiplying it by 5 is thought to be too hard. Then why did that always 10 trick not say 1-10? Because it said multiply by 3 which may be hard. Anyway, please leave a comment. Hope you liked this.

My name is Quein and I am a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. It is Awesome to see that you are engaging with the SLJ. I really enjoyed the positive words and energy that you have put into your blog. I think it is one of the best subjects in the world- we see it and use it everywhere and this activity shows that maths can be fun or sometimes magical. When we started this activity last week I was also surprised that the answers came out the same as the statement made on the slide, I think that was very cool. DId you have a go at testing this magic trick on friends or family? I tried it with a friend and they were very impressed as they could not believe that they got the same answer as on the blog post. Well Done!!!! on your clear blog post.

Keep up the Amazing work!!! I am really looking forward to your next post.

    Ngā mihi,
